# Round 1 checkpoint — 2026-09-27

## Task 1 — PASS

- Group chat now awaits the Destination Poll route and reloads its aggregate on return, provided the page is still mounted and the group is unchanged.
- Existing manual refresh is preserved.
- Regression exercises navigation back, changed tally/status, and a subsequent manual refresh using in-memory fixtures only.
- `flutter test test/widgets/destination_poll_entry_test.dart`: 11 passed.
- Targeted `dart analyze`: no issues.
- No database requests or writes were needed for this task.

## Task 2 — PARTIAL

- Current database has one active `admin` account. One attempt with the previously user-authorized credential returned HTTP 401; no further credentials were guessed or reset.
- No usable authorized Agency credential was available. Live Admin/Agency login and portal navigation remain unconfirmed.
- Production HTTP request handler, password verifier, API and MySQL repository were exercised through a temporary loopback diagnostic with READ ONLY database sessions. No backend main/scheduler/bootstrap was started. Authentication sessions are in memory.
- Anonymous Admin request returned HTTP 401.
- `flutter test test/server/agency_admin_api_test.dart`: 12 passed, including pending login, approval/privileged actions, suspended denial and logout revocation (isolated in-memory fixtures).
- Group #115 snapshot before/after: unchanged. SHA-256 `c76515f589bff0dcd09922797e5671db8f8c0e23a26385296c856b83a9ea4d59` (group, memberships/user group links, polls/options/rounds/votes).

## Task 3 — PASS

- Existing backend key loader reported configuration present (no secret values printed).
- One external Gemini request through the original `/api/analyze` HTTP handler returned 200.
- Input: `อยากไปญี่ปุ่น งบ 18000 ชอบอาหารและถ่ายรูป`.
- Output: travel-related, `ประเทศญี่ปุ่น`, budget 18000, categories `อาหารและคาเฟ่` and `ถ่ายรูป`.
- No config/network/quota/code failure occurred for this request. No preference was submitted or stored; Matching was not invoked.
- Group #115 snapshot matched the same SHA-256 before and after.

## Final checkpoint

- Source changes: `lib/pages/group_messages_page.dart` and `test/widgets/destination_poll_entry_test.dart` only. This report is the additional checkpoint artifact.
- Temporary diagnostic used the existing production handler through reflection without modifying backend source or starting background jobs; its listener/client were closed in finally and its source file was removed.
- No database/schema/business data changes; live DB connections were read-only, fixture data remained in memory, no permanent accounts were created. MariaDB process was not restarted or stopped.
- Remaining human verification: use valid authorized Admin/Agency credentials to confirm portal login and protected-page navigation; verify the updated Flutter build returns from Poll to an immediately refreshed chat summary on Emulator/device.
- No broad project audit or full E2E rerun was performed.
